Wine on opening was soft and drinkable straight away, No great perfume other than a hint of stem that I have come to expect from this wine both on the Nose and the Palate.

Over night the wine has softened even more with a little acid the wine has become fine and delicate. The stem character has now developed into a soft pleasing bitterness that warms and fills the mouth; this is a very fine wine indeed.

A Fine Wine indeed!
