The Roast Collection starts in eight days! 100+ events in Victoria
With only eight days until winter is officially here, we’re excited to share the program for The Roast Collection 2013.

The Roast Collection is a delicious gathering of events hosted by industry outside of the March Festival to celebrate Victorian produce through the much-loved roast.

Rare-breed meats cooked to perfection, root vegetables at their sweetest, hearty red wines and aromatic whites teamed with warming dishes, comforting puddings and sticky dessert wines – just some of the nourishing Victorian food and wine set to be celebrated this June.

Here we give you only a taste of the program, so make sure you browse the website for the 100+ events taking place throughout June to celebrate Put Victoria on Your Table.
