Atlantic Group [v]’s Mill and Bakery at Central Pier will open next month with Italian master baker Alessandro Urilli(pictured) at the helm. The only bakery in Melbourne to mill its own flour, the bakery will make all pastry and dessert treats on site and will be open for breakfast and lunch.
