Operating on a not-for-profit basis these enticing community markets bring fresh organic product from local farmers direct to consumers.
With between 60 to 90 stalls at each market, the range of produce and artisan foods on offer is always quite staggering.
To start with there is always a great range of seasonal fruit and vegetables including organics and heirloom varieties throughout the year with specialties such as asparagus and cherries in Spring, garlic and berries in Summer, apples and nuts in Autumn, citrus and potatoes in Winter.
Then we have a huge range of free-range meats, again including organics and rare breed meats - beef, lamb, mutton, chooks, turkeys, venison, barramundi, salmon, pork and goat…
