    menu

    the beef - 11

The Goneburger house crafted beef patty made from our blend of beef chuck and the juiciest, grass fed short rib beef, with our own GB sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cheese and pickles on a toasted brioche bun.

    Simple but classic.

the beef and bacon - 12

All the great flavours of The Beef with our special house-made BBQ sauce, smoked bacon and caramelised onions with GB sauce, lettuce, tomato, red onion, cheese and pickles on a toasted brioche bun.

Even a classic is better with bacon.

    the pork - 11

Our pork shoulder is cured in GB dry rub for 24 hours before slowly cooking our house marinade for a further 8 hours. We add tangy, house-made coleslaw, fresh herbs all finished off with crunchy pork belly topping on a toasted brioche bun.

Pork - man's true best friend.

    the veggie - 11

A rich and tasty house blend of puy lentils, barley, slow roasted mushrooms, herbs and spices, topped with a classic blue cheese sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and pickles.

A veggie burger the carnivores will fight you for.

    the chicken - 14

Chicken thighs marinated overnight, in white wine, garlic, lemon and rosemary. Flame grilled to perfection, smothered in rich, decadent melted camembert and served with cranberry sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion with a tangy garlic aioli to finish.

A chicken burger worth crossing the road for.

    the chang - 14

Succulent pork belly, slow cooked in cider and aromatics with hoisin, spicy kimchi, lettuce, cucumber and crackling squares

The only belly you'll want more of.

    the g burger: the cheesus - 14

140g GB pattie oozing with our silky smooth 3 cheese sauce of Parmesan, Gruyere and Vintage cheddar. Served with crisp iceberg lettuce, pickles and red onion.

The Cheesus - it's a 3 napkin burger at least.

There's a new G burger in town. The Cheesus has arrived.

140g pattie served on our brioche buns smothered in a rich 3 cheese sauce for the ultimate cheesy, messy burger experience. They've added pickles to balance the richness of the sauce, crispy iceberg lettuce for a crunch topped off with red onion for a sweet finish. Bring extra napkins - you're going to need them all.

Yes, our food truck is coming soon, but we're having a blast in St Kilda's only popup restaurant. We're open 7 days a week from 3:00 pm. See below for daily opening times.

Grab a beer in Mavis Brown's bar and enjoy a Goneburger freshly made for you. You can take your burger away to the beach or sit down and relax in the bar, the cafe or at the outside tables.

Beers on tap, wines and spirits are available from Mavis Browns next door for you to enjoy anywhere on the premises.

They cater for parties, business meetings, and special events. Wherever there's a need for a burger, we'll be there ... so talk to our events department (events@goneburgertruck.com) for venue options, getting the truck to your event or party. Perhaps even a special item you'd like on the menu to make your party that little bit different. Just let us know - we'd love to help out.

Gone Burger are a relatively new inclusion to Fitzroy Street embedded from 3 pm every day in the Rydges cafe area.

They only do a small range of burgers but each of them are amongst the very best I have eaten, especially the chicken burger as on the A frame below...
