    Hello and welcome to a new week!

    I am fresh off the plane returning from a wonderful week on the Gold Coast. I am back in Melbourne feeling fresh and strong and ready to unleash some challenging workouts on all of YOU!

    I had an amazing week visiting some of my fellow Trainers’ workout sessions on the Gold Coast, may I say I was absolutely challenged by the two fabulous Trainers who coached me!     I am bouncing off the walls this morning after hearing the news last night that I have been nominated for the TELSTRA BUSINESS WOMEN'S AWARD!!   5. It's time to BURN BABY BURN with my next #getmoving workout!!!


    Hello healthy people!!

    I hope you have all been moving every day! Even a five minute walk up the stairs rather than taking the lift perhaps??

    So, I bet after reading the title of this week's blog you are already having a little sing a long in your head to the 70's classic 'Disco Inferno'.... I love it and it inspired me to create this week's workout based on a fun combination of exercises, using just a set of Dumbbells.... if you don't have weights accessible to you, grab a couple of cans of Baked Beans...they will do the trick!!...or do it without weights if that suits you!

    Be sure to warm up for at least four to five minutes with some high knees running on the spot and dynamic stretches such

  6. It's time to 'Push It' & test your fitness levels!! Let's #getmoving NOW!!

    Hello healthy people!!

    I hope you are all enjoying your #getmoving workouts and enjoying them anytime, anywhere....whether it be on your lunch hour, at home or in the park with the kids! The workouts should be challenging, yet fun and accessible for everyone

    I thought it might be a great idea to run a little test this week to give you all a base measurement of your fitness so that we can re visit in four weeks time and see how we are all tracking!

    Don't be daunted by the word 'test'....I have been running this workout with my clients this week and the look on their face when I mention 'Fitness Test' has been priceless!!

  7. Looking for a strength workout? It's time to #getmoving with weights!!

    Hello fit and healthy people!!

    After a week off due to surgery last week I figured it was time to step it up a little!! This week, we are going to HIT THE WEIGHTS!!


    Inspired this week by a fabulous bunch of gals & guys who I chat with as part of a closed fitness/health group on Facebook. The group known well worldwide as "The HIIT Mum Monthly Challenge Group" (All welcome to join, just search the group via Facebook)

    This is wonderful group of motivated people, minus any negativity, advertising etc. put simply, just a group of AWESOME people supporting each other in good health no matter what their individual fitness

  8. Get Your Heart Started with The Honeymoon HIIT Session!! #getmoving with Bianca Trainer now!

    Hello to all of my fellow fit and healthy people!!....the title of this workout could be misleading, NO we're not having a holiday or honeymoon from our fitness routine, rather we are going to get the heart rate up and #getmoving !!

    This week I have two of my lovely clients heading off on their honeymoons...it got me thinking, honeymoons are all about love, health and happiness, so why not put together a workout to get that heart pumping!!...this could even be done in a hotel room whilst on your honeymoon!!     Who doesn't love rocking along to a little Dolly Parton track at home or in the car??

    Well, put simply, that was exactly where the inspiration came to me for this week's #getmoving workout!! Announcing my fun creation for the week, "THE NINE TO FIVE WORKOUT!" Designed to get you all moving!

    This one is not only best done whilst listening to the popular 80's tune 'Nine to Five' it also has a play on the number of times you repeat each exercise based on the numbers 9 through to 5!! Yes, I know, it sounded fun until I mentioned that!!
