Beer, that brew that created civilisation*, now has a new critic to help us sift between the hops and the wheat and and explain why each of these golden drops is so special...or not!

    * Ogg and Thogg, the bad boys of the tribe...obviously because they were always sent in advance of the tribe to make sure that their was a warning about predators (their maimed screams the signal), happened to be well advanced of the tribe's advance.

Basic hunters and gatherers, the tribe moved from seasonal harvest to seasonal forage, Ogg and Thogg were bemused and stunned when they finally came the spring paddocks where they collected seeds and grains and ground

  2. Victory point rose 2009

    Margaret River

This is a serious food wine, Merlot 80% Malbec 20% blend. This wine is not sweet and not for every body, however there is a Rose out there for you just keep looking.

This rose is dry with a solid backbone of ripe acid and tannins making it a wine to think about, rather than a rose to knock back glass after glass on a summer’s day.

Try With: A very good Seafood pizza, Tuna char grilled on the BBQ with a green bean and egg salad, Lamb cooked pink with all the trimmings

    Colour: Salmon pink

    Nose: Red fruit ...
