    Linden New Art is proud to present the third annual Linden Art Prize opening Friday 4th March.The prize is a non-acquisitive contemporary art award established for artists who have graduated from a Masters Degree or PhD in 2015.

  3. Mindful brains

    Mindfulness is a type of psychology that changes your brain when practiced long term. Despite also being associated with ancient contemplative practice is now based on scientifically researched techniques that have been proven to boost your performance and literally alter your brain structure and function.

    Researchers from the University of British Columbia recently pooled data from more than 20 studies to understand how practicing mindfulness affects the brain. More about that published in HBR here.

    Do you ever feel like your brain is trying to control you? Have you ever noticed sometimes you have absolutely no control over you brain?

  7. It's time to 'Push It' & test your fitness levels!! Let's #getmoving NOW!!

    Hello healthy people!!

    I hope you are all enjoying your #getmoving workouts and enjoying them anytime, anywhere....whether it be on your lunch hour, at home or in the park with the kids! The workouts should be challenging, yet fun and accessible for everyone

    I thought it might be a great idea to run a little test this week to give you all a base measurement of your fitness so that we can re visit in four weeks time and see how we are all tracking!

    Don't be daunted by the word 'test'....I have been running this workout with my clients this week and the look on their face when I mention 'Fitness Test' has been priceless!!

    Self Love Series Event was held in my hood yesterday. I was invited to join a tribe of women in South Yarra for a full day workshop! Outrageous isnít isnít it? Can you imagine a full day devoted to loving yourself? Luxurious!

    Iím a single mum of four and I can tell you self love is a must have on my menu for life and I was so happy to see there was a room full of women who agreed and were enthusiastic about self lurvin!

    Hello fit and healthy people!!

    After a week off due to surgery last week I figured it was time to step it up a little!! This week, we are going to HIT THE WEIGHTS!!

    Inspired this week by a fabulous bunch of gals & guys who I chat with as part of a closed fitness/health group on Facebook. The group known well worldwide as "The HIIT Mum Monthly Challenge Group" (All welcome to join, just search the group via Facebook)

    This is wonderful group of motivated people, minus any negativity, advertising etc. put simply, just a group of AWESOME people supporting each other in good health no matter what their individual fitness
