    Hey everyone, this is the first post of my "Jamie Redfern for Gray's Fitness" blog, and you might wonder what I'm doing, and what Gray's Fitness is actually all about.

    Some might even wonder if I've possibly stuffed up the spelling of the word "Gray's", and have become a member of an exclusive health club for silver haired over 55's.

    No, I got the spelling right the first time, and the hairs not all that grey .... yet.

    It is with the greatest pleasure I welcome an old mate aboard the good ship TT!

    Jamie Redfern, and his brother Derek, have had a long time association with the Toorak Times through the Pensioner Xmas parties held at Prahran Town Hall every Christmas day lunch for over 10 years in the '70's/'80's, graciously giving their time to sing backed Dennis Farrington's big band of renown...I used to ring the Muso's Union in Wellington Street and a 16 piece band always turned up.
