    Full band gigs with the Love Brothers have been scarce lately, but there’s a couple of rippers coming up and here they are:



    Sat July 9th (9.30pm) Richmond Theatrette (www.richmondtheatrette.com). Seating for 120 and standing room, so if it tickles your fancy get in and book early! We’ll be playing most of my new(wish) ‘AUSTRALIA’ cd, plus Ferrets, Great Blokes, Spaniards and songs from my other solo records.

    Colin Cook is one of Australia’s best-known performers, with hits on the charts in the 1960s. The singer-saxophonist had been in The Sapphires and The Thunderbirds before going solo.

    He was on the Melbourne charts seven times 1963-66, notably with It’s Up To You, Heart, Blue Ribbon Baby and Well, Don’t You Know.
