Big Struggle After Natural Disasters

This pic was taken about a month ago and is the road end of the new St Kilda tiff dwarf green.

Well known greenie and now Middle Park president, Adrian Marston, got hit with consecutive floods, and after two attempts to sprig the green, has fought valiantly to get the green ready for this year.

I'll go up and get some frsh shots and see how it has progressed.

The covers are down at St Kilda, can anyone explain what's happening here...is this for warmth?

This is fascinating...very interesting. For someone who knows nothing of greenkeeping, I can't wait to find out whats going on.

Mick, in the early stages of this site, would it be worth posting this image on bowlsblog to find out? Or are there greenies on this site?

Fair call mate, no dramas. With due respect to GG, I have plenty of time for dunny and perko, so I look forward to hearing more. Been bowling 11 years and really know shit-all about greens, maybe its about time I paid attention..... ;)
