The Adelaide Hills

Fiano a grape variety from southern Italy, Sam Scott from the Adelaide Hills makes a Fiano that is a good example of how well this Italian varietal can do in Australia.

Fiano is dry, aromatic almost floral with minerals mid palate, clean, soft and is a refreshing easy drinking style that will suit the Australian climate.

Taste: Somewhere between the texture of pinot Gris with the liveliness of a Riesling but slightly drier in style a white wine for the Australian palate.
